CHALLENGES

Provimi provides 2-layer PP&PE packaging, with sewn bottom, using 03 main types of packaging with sizes as follows:

The machine frame and cover are made of steel powder coating
Platform for installing parts of the cover sewing machine and heat-glued brace cover made of steel plate and powder coated
The side belt that brings the mouth of sack to the heat assemblies for gluing is made of Teflon
4 heating clusters with capacity of 1000w each, PID control heating temperature
3 cooling clusters using the cooling fan method are made of brass
The glue clip cutting assembly uses a pneumatic cylinder that controls the cutting knife
SMC pneumatic cylinder
The sack mouth cutting assembly uses a rotating cutter - made of tool steel provide a reliability
