TRUC QUAN QPACK-200SA is designed for high speed, shelf-ready sachet packing. The servo drive features precision control which is rapidly configurable for a range of sizes and packing formats. Efficient and reliable change over are ensured using counter winder handles for both width and height. The intermittent motion machine offers an exceedingly wide format range and a maximum output of up to 40 cycles/min. All the operation can be setup and record easily through touch screen HMI control.
TRUC QUAN QPACK – 100SL is a flexible and versatile case packer which composes of case erector, side loading and sealing in a single machine. The Servo-drive integrated machine capable of handling high speed or heavy payload. Cases can be sealed by means of an adhesive tape or holt melt glue which make the solution ideal not only for cosmetic or chemical products but also finding application in food and beverage industries.
