Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site engineering support for automation systems and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations
• Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of automation systems
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Willingness to travel frequently to various job sites

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
• Experience in field services or customer-facing engineering roles is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent service skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members

Truc Quan Automation is seeking a motivated CNC Operator to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for precision engineering and at least 1-2 years of experience in CNC machine operation, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines with precision and efficiency
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Follow and comply with factory policies and operational procedures
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with machines
• Ensure quality control by conducting regular inspections of finished products
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in CNC machine operation
• Basic proficiency in reading technical blueprints and schematics
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow factory policies and operational procedures
